Release Notes – February 18, 2026

Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary 

This release updates UI branding from RMS to Exchange and delivers multiple Market improvements, including an internal flow to replace executed NDAs, safeguards against duplicate immediate listings, a cleaner disclosure experience via an info icon, and a Seller Due Diligence entry point for eligible buyers. We also improved Excel exports for internal users in multi-business contexts and removed date suffixes from Monitor result file names in storage. Control Panel status labels were standardized for clarity and automated tests were executed and adjusted 

General 

  • We completed a platform rebranding by updating all UI references from RMS to Exchange. 

Market 

  • We added an internal-only option to replace an executed NDA directly from the Approved NDAs modal. For finalized and signed NDAs, internal users can click Replace executed NDA, upload a new file, and confirm the action before the system updates the approved NDA with the uploaded version.  
  • We updated the immediate listing flow so that once an internal user accepts an immediate listing request, the List Portfolio Immediately button is no longer available to prevent duplicate listing actions.  
  • We replaced the Disclosure button beside Place Bids with a blue info icon to reduce clutter and keep disclosure available as contextual help.  
  • We added a Seller’s Due Diligence button to the Seller Details page, allowing buyers who have previously purchased from that seller to view the seller’s due diligence information.  
  • We enhanced and standardized typography across the platform by aligning key UI components to consistently use our default font.  

Fixed Bugs in Market 

  • We fixed an issue with Control (Post-Sale) card exported files naming where the file name was incorrect. Now files are saved with the Post-Sale name as expected.  
  • We fixed an issue where internal users couldn’t export certain grid reports to Excel when the page allowed selecting multiple (or all) businesses, ensuring internal users can export the report to Excel successfully.  

Comply 

Fixed Bugs in Comply 

  • We fixed a layout issue in the Fillable Forms modal where there was no spacing between the date selection field and the modal text due to a width property not applying correctly.  

Monitor 

Fixed Bugs in Monitor 

  • We fixed a bug where the result file name was being saved with a date suffix. Now the database stores the result file name without the date.  

Control Panel 

  • We refreshed the Control Panel client status labels, replacing ambiguous legacy terms with clearer, standardized names that better reflect each client’s current standing. Approved is now Certified, and Pre-approved is now RMAi Certified.  

Fixed Bugs in Control Panel 

  • We fixed a bug in Control Panel that could prevent updates to a business (seller profile) from being saved correctly.
