Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release improves key Market and Comply workflows. Market updates strengthen Portfolio Template and DSS handling (including status-aware selection and clearer confirmation), adds warning when a Digital Seller Survey may be replaced by manually uploaded file in the Portfolio Detail page, and streamlines Post-Sale bulk actions by enabling template download/upload after a Request Type is selected. Info Request responses now require a comment or attachment before submission, and an internal-only Market page was added to separate Portfolio Upload from Portfolio Template Manager while keeping the seller Load Portfolio page unchanged. In Comply, users can choose the certification period when opening a buyer under certification Document Repository, setup screens were refined for consistency, a twice-monthly license expiration notification was introduced, and certification calculations and survey downloads were corrected. Automated tests were updated.

Market

  • We enhanced the Portfolio Template page. In the “Downloads and Uploads” step, each section now shows its supported file types to help prevent incompatible file uploads. We also updated the Portfolio Template setup to list all non-archived DSSs, display each DSS status in the dropdown, and allow selection only for Approved DSSs (disabled otherwise). After applying a DSS, the Apply button remains disabled until the selection changes, and a confirmation message indicates which DSS is set as the template’s Seller Survey.
  • We clarified the DSS-generated Seller Survey tooltip to state that “This Seller Survey was generated by the Digital Seller Survey in the Portfolio Template”.
  • We added alerts in Seller Survey and Custom PSA component in Portfolio Detail page to show when the Seller Survey comes from the template DSS and to warn that uploading a new file will replace it, reducing accidental overwrites.
  • We kept Request Type selectable by default in Post-Sale and enabled Download Template File and Upload Bulk Request File once a Request Type is chosen. This allows users to download the correct template file and then bulk upload Post-Sale requests, reducing friction in bulk workflows.
  • We enhanced Info Request responses validation (single and bulk) so it can only be submitted when users provide a comment or an attachment, preventing empty submissions.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • We fixed an issue with the Post-Sale Request Portfolio ID (PID) filter where selecting a portfolio option could not be deselected. Now users can unselect the PID option to clear the filter and view all post-sale items again.
  • We fixed an issue in Analysis pop-up in Portfolio Detail page where metrics could show more than 100% when the column was duplicated in the uploaded Excel file.
  • We fixed a bug where the Post-Sale Log grid on the Post-Sale Detail page could get stuck loading after creating a Post-Sale Request. Now it refreshes correctly without requiring a page reload.
  • We fixed an issue that cleared all filled fields in the Seller Survey after users clicked Download, so the page now preserves the entered data.

Comply

  • We added a modal that appears when a user (seller, buyer, or agency) opens a Document Repository for a business under certification, prompting them to choose which certification period to view: Current Period or Previous Period (the last completed period). This helps users access the right set of documents faster.
  • We improved the Digital Seller Survey grid by resizing columns, making Asset Type larger and date/number columns smaller, to increase readability and reduce wasted space.
  • We refined Document Setup Category, Document and Fillable Forms tabs visuals by keeping numbering consistent and standardizing “…” truncation in the text and removing the “…” filter option from Actions.
  • We updated the Jurisdiction modal design and added standard filters to the jurisdiction grid to improve consistency and usability.
  • We introduced a twice-monthly License Expiration notification that lists next month’s expiring licenses by business to help teams stay on top of renewals.
  • We added descriptions to several fillable form categories to align with other sections and provide clearer context during setup.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed a bug in Comply Document Registration where License documents were not included in the certification completion percentage calculation. Now the percentage updates correctly when a license is added or removed.
  • We fixed an issue in Comply Document Registration where folder completion percentages were not refreshed after transferring documents. Now the system updates the data after a successful transfer, updating both source and destination percentages correctly.
  • We fixed a bug where downloading survey answers could fail due to a version mismatch. Now the system uses the correct survey version and downloads work as expected.
