Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release enhances Market reporting and portfolio workflows, strengthens Comply certification and Document Registration behavior, and includes Control Panel updates. The Post-Sale Report now supports more items per page, exports the full report asynchronously and sends it by email, and includes an Assigned User column. Forward Flow addendums gained a controlled Disable action with warnings and a Status column. Portfolio Detail now shows a Next Step indicator for pending seller funding, Pending Agreement sorting follows the PSA flow order by default, and Pending Funding details display full monetary values. Internal users can now update Sales Director and Recovery Success Manager from Portfolio Detail, receive Immediate Listing request notifications, and see a one-time Compliance notification for new business + portfolio combinations. Market bug fixes cover release pop-up labeling, back navigation, file format handling, missing bid-lost notifications, and duplicated buyer names. In Comply, License Attestation can be cleared in one action, Seller Certification adds a new confirmation about third-party collection agencies, category percentage calculations were corrected, and multiple Document Registration, Document Setup, and Repository issues were fixed. Control Panel now syncs Sales Director and Recovery Success Manager data to eligible portfolios and standardizes title styling.

Market

  • We updated the Upload Digital Seller Survey to use the standard modal dialog.
  • We increased the number of items the Post-Sale Report page can display per page and updated the Export button to generate the full file asynchronously and send it by email.
  • We added a new “Assigned User” column to the Post-Sale Report, showing the user responsible for each record.
  • We updated the Forward Flow Info page by adding a controlled Disable action for addendums. The first addendum cannot be disabled when the flow originates from a portfolio. A confirmation warning now appears when disabling an addendum, since disabling one will also disable all subsequent addendums. We also added a Status column to the addendum grid, making it easier to track each addendum’s state.
  • We improved the Unmasked Data modal by updating action labels, standardizing Time in Status capitalization, and refining the layout for consistency.
  • We enhanced the Portfolio Detail page by adding a Next Step indicator for internal users when the portfolio is pending seller funding, clearly showing the portfolio stage (e.g., Waiting for seller funding confirmation) and improving visibility into the funding flow.
  • We improved the Pending Agreement card by changing the default sorting to follow the PSA flow order, grouping portfolios by status and ordering PIDs within each status from newest to oldest. This provides a clearer and more consistent view when using the default All filter, giving users a more predictable list for faster triage and prioritization while reflecting the actual workflow sequence.
  • We adjusted the Pending Funding Detail page to show full monetary values rather than abbreviated amounts, ensuring clearer and more precise funding information.
  • We standardized the placement of the “Direct” tag next to the seller’s name across Portfolio, Post-Sale, and Complaint pages for clearer identification.
  • We enabled internal users to update Portfolio Client Success by allowing changes to both the Sales Director and Recovery Success Manager directly in the portfolio’s Sales Agent component in Portfolio Detail page.
  • We improved Immediate Listing requests by adding an internal notification triggered when a seller clicks Request Immediate Listing. Once the Portfolio Immediate Listing notification toggle is turned on in Control Panel, internal users receive a message with the seller, PID, date/time, reason, and a direct portfolio link to review the request.
  • We added a one-time Compliance notification that triggers only when a portfolio is opened for the first time by a Buyer that is currently under certification, provided it is a new “business + portfolio” combination, ensuring visibility without flooding alerts.
  • We fixed calculation and alignment issues in Forward Flow Summary and Place Bid components.
  • We improved the bidding flow by allowing buyers to upload a cover letter or attachment alongside their bid, displaying attached files (Initial PSA Draft Redlines and Cover Letter) in the Bid Details modal with downloadable links for easier review.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • We fixed an incorrect label in the RMS release pop-up, replacing “Show next release” with “View previous releases”.
  • We fixed an issue in Portfolio Details page where clicking the back arrow redirected users to the Upload Portfolio page instead of the previous context. Now the back action correctly returns users to the last page they accessed.
  • We fixed a bug in the “Seller Survey and Custom PSA” accordion in Portfolio Detail page where uploaded files were being saved with the wrong format (e.g., PDFs stored as Word documents). Now files are attached to the portfolio in the same format as uploaded.
  • We fixed an issue that caused some buyers to not receive a notification when their bid lost an auction.
  • We fixed an issue in Seller Details page where the buyer list returned duplicated buyer names.

Comply

  • We improved License Attestation pop-up in Document Registration page by adding an option to clear all selected license items at once, allowing users to quickly reset selections without removing items one by one.
  • We added a fillable form to the Seller Certification process to confirm whether third-party collection agencies used by the seller must be certified by the EverChain Network Compliance Team. This confirmation triggers a message on the Seller Detail and Portfolio Detail pages to inform buyers and internal users, granting them clear visibility into seller certification requirements.
  • We enhanced the category percentage calculations in Document Registration page so they accurately reflect the exact number of uploaded and approved documents.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed a bug with Document Registration fillable forms where non-required documents could be requested as “Not Available.” Now only required documents can be set as Not Available, as intended.
  • We fixed a bug in the “Set as Not Available” approval pop-up where a different item than the one selected could appear. Now the correct fillable form is shown in the approval list, ordered from newest to oldest.
  • We fixed an issue in Document Registration page where the interface did not auto-refresh after actions like Set as Not Available action, forcing users to press F5 to see updated data. Now Comply refreshes automatically after it, providing immediate and accurate status feedback.
  • We fixed an issue in Document Registration page where required fillable forms were not being considered in the “required” indicator logic, causing the red dot icon to be missing.
  • We fixed a bug in Document Setup page where PDF and Jurisdiction fields were incorrectly retained when creating documents or licenses consecutively, blocking creation until users reselected the same values. Now the form loads with clean default fields and allows creation as expected.
  • We fixed an issue in Document Setup page where words were displayed without spaces, ensuring text now renders correctly for better readability.
  • We fixed a bug in All Licenses tab in Document Portal page where some header filters were not applied to the grid. Now all filters work correctly and return the expected license results.
  • We fixed an issue in Repository page where the transfer action was enabled for unsupported documents, causing errors. Now the transfer button is correctly restricted, allowing repository documents to be transferred.
  • We fixed a bug in Document Setup page where selected questions were not saved when associating them with a document. Now the link between documents and questions is correctly created, allowing users to add, view, and remove questions as expected.

Control Panel

  • We improved portfolio data consistency by saving and automatically syncing Sales Director and Recovery Success Manager information from Control Panel to eligible portfolios.
  • We standardized the Control Panel titles by updating their color and style to match the default blue used across other screens.
