Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
Exports across Portfolio Manager and Forward Flows now run asynchronously and deliver the completed file by email, supporting large exports across multiple Market screens. The internal Portfolio Template Manager now shows Purge Portfolio as a top-right trash icon only when eligible, adds a clear confirmation message, and improves purge stability. In Comply, the Documents Not Available modal was renamed, defaults to sorting by most recent requests, and now logs requests under Certification Events. Automated tests were executed and corrected across key Market and Comply flows.
Market
- We updated export actions across Portfolio Manager and Forward Flows so clicking Export now starts an asynchronous full-file generation job and then sends the completed file by email, ensuring the export contains the latest data even for large datasets. This applies to: Accounts pop-up in Portfolio Detail page, Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Detailed History component, Bk Account Exclusion pop-up and Forward Flow Manager.
- We enhanced the Purge Portfolio action to a trash icon on the top-right of each Portfolio card in the internal Portfolio Template Manager, making it easier to find. The icon appears only when the portfolio is ready to be deleted and has not been purged before. We also improved reliability to reduce purge-related errors and added a confirmation message when a purge is triggered: “The portfolio purge has been requested and will be completed in a few minutes”.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed an issue on Bulk Response where “Select all rows” only worked on the first results page after filtering by request type. The selection now applies correctly on any page, so users can select all rows beyond first screen.
- We fixed an issue in Market Bulk Response where the Review/Respond Action filter didn’t refresh the results grid when switching to Review for certain request types. The grid now correctly refetches and displays only requests pending review when that action is selected.
- We fixed an issue in Post Sales where creating a PIF/SIF request could fail or not show mandatory fields correctly.
Comply
- We updated the Documents Not Available experience by renaming the modal and setting the default sort order to request date (most recent to oldest). We also added Document Not Available request logs to Certification Events for easier tracking.
