Release Notes - October 21, 2026
Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This release introduces a refreshed, consistent design across Market, Comply, Control Panel and Monitor in both light and dark modes. It features cleaner layouts, redesigned cards and tables, improved navigation, and redesigned Permissions, Client Profile, and Bank Account screens, all while preserving existing functionality. The Export to Excel button is now disabled on empty grids across the platform. In Market, the DSS grid uses space more efficiently and adds a tooltip to the Asset Types column. Fixes also address Digital Seller Survey downloads, Portfolio Detail page loading behavior, and Post-Sale notifications. In Comply, Certification Events now sit under a new Certification menu group, and fixes improve the Clone Documents flow in Document Registration and the label display in the Document Setup modal.
General
- We updated the visual design of the Market, Comply, and Control Panel interfaces in both light and dark modes, with new layouts, redesigned cards and tables, and updated navigation elements. Key updates include a refreshed Market header and side menu, better-organized document actions in Comply, and redesigned Permissions, Client Profile, and Bank Account screens in Control Panel. These improvements make information easier to find, simplify everyday interactions, and provide a more intuitive and consistent experience while preserving existing functionality.
- We changed the Export to Excel button so it is disabled when a grid has no records, and enabled again once data appears. This applies to grids across the platform, including the Document Portal.
Market
- We updated the Digital Seller Survey (DSS) grid so narrow columns such as ID, Date and Status take less space, and added a tooltip to the Asset Types column so its content is easier to read. Row spacing is also better as a result.
- We changed the media file processing so that uploading documents to a portfolio auto-withdraws only post-sale Info requests of type Documentation, Title/Lien Release or Affidavit. Before this change, every Info request on the linked loans was withdrawn, including Communication, Dispute and Witness Request requests that a document upload does not resolve. Those requests now stay open.
- We added an Export to Excel button to the Media Coverage Accounts modal on a portfolio's Media Coverage tab. Previously there was no way to take this list out of the platform. The export includes Lender Loan ID, file count and status for the accounts on the selected tab (All, With media, Requested or Missing), and lists are emailed to the user instead of downloaded directly.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed a bug in the Digital Seller Survey where "Download Answered" failed when there was no file to download.
- We fixed a bug where the Portfolio Detail page opened scrolled to the bottom while its sections were still loading. The page now opens at the top, with each section already expanded or collapsed according to the user's Page Settings.
- We fixed a bug where users were not notified about Post-Sale.
Comply
- We updated the Comply side menu by removing the Certification Manager entry and moving Certification Events into the new Certification menu group.
- We changed the document upload notification emails for auditors so that several uploads made close together produce one email per business instead of one email per document. The email groups the documents by audit, names the audit and the business, lists each document with its upload time, and links to the centralized list of new uploads.
- We added an On Site section to the Audit Manager page with a "Set as On Site" switch, a scheduled date, a completed date and a comment field. It replaces a spreadsheet the business used to track on-site audits and makes both dates available for reporting.
Fixed Bugs in Comply
- We fixed a bug in Document Registration where users could open the Clone Documents window for a client with no business associations, leaving no business to select.
- We fixed a bug in Document Setup where the "Business Type" label was hidden behind the header of the Documents & Fillable Forms Order window when it opened in Exchange.
- We fixed a bug where the Insurance Policy Type field was too short for longer values; it now accepts up to 100 characters.
