Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release improves interface consistency, data management, and reliability across the Exchange. The dashboard gained centered tile values, capitalized labels, larger header mini-stats, and charts below each number, while dark mode styling was refreshed across Market, Comply, and the Knox panel. In Market, a new routine archives zip entries older than 90 days while still allowing media reprocessing, and media processing pages load faster.  The Control Panel now provides a searchable multi-select grid for transfers, with clearer error messages. 

General

  • We updated the Exchange dashboard layout, centering the values in the summary tiles, capitalizing labels such as Urgent and Last month, enlarging the summary numbers in the header and adding a chart below each number.
  • We updated the dark mode styling across the Exchange, covering the Market filters, portfolio templates, Forward Flow info, bulk request creation, the funding and withdraw request pages, the Comply screens and inconsistent button colors.

Market

  • We now automatically remove media packages older than 90 days and mark the related media request as archived; the original media file can still be reprocessed.
  • We fixed validation on the Account Placement tab, where the Dormant account percentage and length fields rejected valid numbers with an invalid-number error.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • We fixed a bug on the Bulk Assign screen in post-sale management where the Buyer and Seller dropdowns listed blank options for the Legal and Other request types, so users can again select the correct party when assigning accounts.
  • We fixed a bug where the Complaint Report failed to open, showing an internal error message instead of loading the report.
  • We fixed a bug on the Post-Sale Report where selecting a large items-per-page value, such as above 10,000, raised a validation error instead of returning and exporting the report.
  • We fixed an issue where the media processing pages loaded slowly; the run list and run details screens now open faster.
  • We fixed a bug in the auction communication feature where the wrong notification types were generated and questions were not shown to every user under the same client ID on the portfolio. The answer text area layout, the Submit button label and the placement of the answer icon were corrected as well.
  • We fixed a bug where selecting "Buyer – Portfolio" in the dashboard's "Viewing as" dropdown showed an error screen instead of loading that view.

Comply

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed a bug in the Document Portal header where the EverChain logo appeared duplicated and overlapped the surrounding fields.
  • We fixed a bug in the Executives fillable PDF form, which was not generating correctly and giving the user a generic error message. It was a problem due to error on validation process

Control Panel

  • We replaced the two-pane TransferList with the UI Library MultiSelectGrid on the screens for selecting clients, agencies, asset types, portfolio types, delivery structures and placement stages, giving a single searchable checklist with Select all and Clear that fits smaller screens. Selections now refresh from the server after each change, and a change that fails to save is reverted on screen with an error message instead of appearing to have worked.

Fixed Bugs in Control Panel

  • We fixed a bug where adding a user as a Role Member showed a success message but the Members grid still displayed Total: 0. The Members grid now updates as soon as the user is added.
