Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

 

Summary

This release introduces Dark Mode across supported platform modules, providing a more comfortable and consistent viewing experience. It also improves media processing with more flexible reprocessing, clearer progress tracking, more accurate completion percentages, and faster media information loading. Marketplace updates add funding Quick Filters, and layout refinements.

General

  • We introduced Dark Mode across the platform, giving users a more comfortable viewing option and a consistent appearance across shared components and supported modules. The new theme now available across Exchange, Market, Control Panel, Comply, Monitor, Digital Forms, and the Release Notes page, including key areas such as dashboards, document registration, questionnaires, DSS, audits, Forward Flow, and funding requests.

Market

  • We enhanced media reprocessing and run visibility, allowing users to reprocess a media file under another eligible portfolio without uploading it again, while preventing reprocessing of files or runs that are already attached or actively being processed. We also improved progress tracking with clearer processing dates and statuses, start-date visibility, continuously updated completion percentages, and a new Total column to compare processed records against the full run. Run Details now load faster, and completed auto-attachment runs correctly reflect their final status and progress.
  • We added the missing Pending Seller Funding and Pending Buyer Funding Confirmation options to the Quick Filter on the Exchange > Market > Control > My Requests tab. Both statuses already appeared in the grid but could not be filtered, so users had to scan the full list manually.
  • We standardized the spacing between the sections on the Portfolio Detail page for a more consistent layout.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • We fixed a bug in the Bankruptcy portfolio template where rows with the Chapter field filled as Chapter 7 were incorrectly flagged as invalid. Chapter 7 is now accepted as expected.
  • We fixed a bug where clicking Regenerate BOS failed with an unexpected error when the bid produced a negative final value; bids that would result in a negative value are no longer accepted.
  • We improved how media statistics load on the Portfolio Detail page so media information no longer delays the rest of the page.
  • We fixed a bug where uploading a file in an unsupported format to the media Manifest File returned an error message that did not describe the actual problem, so users now see what is wrong with the file.

Comply

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed an issue in Comply that could block actions such as deleting a document when related data was unavailable.

Control Panel

Fixed Bugs in Control Panel

  • We fixed a bug on the Control Panel screen where a Service Fee set to 0 was not displayed, leaving the field blank instead of showing the actual configured value.
  • We fixed a bug where assigning or removing a role for an internal user failed with a "There was an error, try again later" message. Role details for internal roles now open correctly as well.
