Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release improves media processing, auto-attachment, Forward-Flow management, and several Marketplace workflows. Media processing now offers faster loading, clearer progress visibility, improved handling of large file volumes, and enhanced account matching for media files. Forward-Flow templates and change logs provide clearer relationship and change information, while Requested Media tracking has been improved. Comply also improves document category navigation and Digital Seller Survey visibility, alongside fixes to reporting, notifications, account assignment, media attachment, and monitoring result files.

General

Fixed Bugs in General

    • We fixed a bug in the monitoring result file where the first name and last name columns were not listed. The columns now return the borrower name data as expected in the generated file.

Market

    • We removed the First Name and Last Name columns from the media manifest file and its template, leaving only LoanID, DocumentType and DocumentNamingConvention.
    • We improved the reliability and traceability of media auto-attachment when processing large numbers of files, addressing failures that were previously difficult to identify.
    • We improved media processing with faster loading, clearer progress tracking, and better run visibility. The system now prevents portfolio media from being processed again while an existing run is active, updates attachment progress during processing, and shows 100% when all accounts have media files. We also improved processing statuses, loading indicators, formatting, and Run Details performance as media volume grows.
    • We updated the text of the e-mail notification sent to buyers after a portfolio is listed.
    • We added “Forward-Flow” and “Portfolio Type” columns to the Portfolio Template Manager grid, with the forward-flow ID linking to its details page or showing “N/A” when none is attached, plus a warning when deactivating or deleting a template linked to an active Forward-Flow Agreement. The grid gave no indication that a template was tied to a Forward Flow, so deactivating it could affect scheduled deliveries without warning.
    • We updated the Forward Flow change log to record which field was changed, not just that a change occurred. The log entry alone did not let users tell what had actually been edited.
    • We changed the Portfolio Manager cards to display the K, M and B value abbreviations in upper case, for consistency with how amounts are shown elsewhere.
    • We updated the Requested Media information in the Media section so requests that have been completed and moved to withdrawn or closed are no longer counted, and corrected a mismatch between the account view data and the section summary.

Fixed Bugs in Market

    • We fixed a bug where the same media file uploaded for different accounts in a portfolio was treated as a duplicate and linked only to the first occurrence, so it is now attached to every matching account.
    • We fixed a bug on account tickets where filtering users for bulk assignment returned an error instead of the filtered list.
    • We fixed a bug in the Portfolio Report where filtering using only the Status field returned an unexpected error instead of the report results.
    • We fixed a bug where listing a portfolio did not generate the entries in the Email Notifications section of the portfolio details page, so users can now confirm the notification was sent.

Comply

    • We updated the Category dropdown on the Edit Document screen to list its options alphabetically, keeping the “Select a category” placeholder at the top. The options were previously in arbitrary order, making a specific category hard to locate.
    • We added three columns to the Digital Seller Survey grid: the ID column as the first column, the Status column after Asset Type, and the “Used in” column listing the templates that use each survey, with the remaining templates shown on hover when they do not fit the cell. Users could not tell from the grid which templates depended on a survey or what state they were in.

Control Panel

    • We improved media naming conventions and auto-attachment so files without a directly usable Loan ID can still be matched to the appropriate account. AI Suggestions now also generate naming conventions using a single Loan ID reference.
