Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release strengthens platform security and improves media handling, Marketplace exports, Comply navigation, and Control Panel usability. Internal users gain a dedicated Media Processing page with file-level results, reprocessing options, and AI-based naming suggestions, while media auto-attachment now works without requiring Document Type. Marketplace exports preserve Excel data formats, media coverage is easier to manage, and several portfolio and account workflows were refined. Comply now has a unified Home page for Pre-Certification/Audits and Licenses, improved certification progress tracking, and downloadable document summaries.

General

  • We enhanced platform security by strengthening authentication and permission validation across multiple modules.

Market

  • We changed the FAQ notification messages to identify themselves as ‘FAQ’ instead of ‘Communicator’, which did not match the feature the notification came from.

  • We updated the media section of the Portfolio Details page to filter out accounts removed from the portfolio. Removed accounts remain accessible to internal and seller users through the account details page.

  • We enhanced media processing with a new Media Processing page where internal users can review processing runs, see matched, failed, and duplicated files, and check the results of individual files. Users can reprocess an entire file or a single entry and use failed filenames to generate an AI-based naming convention suggestion that can be saved and applied directly when reprocessing. We also improved how account media files are stored to better support performance as data volume grows.

  • We changed media auto attachment, so Document Type is no longer mandatory in the naming convention, in the manifest file, or during processing; entries that match by Account or Loan ID are attached with an empty document type, while conventions that include Document Type keep working as before.

  • We updated the media coverage modal so each action button shows its own loading spinner while the others stay disabled, and ‘Create request for all’ only becomes enabled after the select all checkbox is checked, since both buttons previously loaded together and the request for all could be triggered unintentionally.

  • We updated the portfolio upload to accept Chapter columns filled in as text.

  • We updated the Media Coverage Accounts screen to include a Requested tab and to refresh the tab counters when the user changes pages or tabs, since the With media and Missing counts only updated after closing and reopening the modal.

  • We updated the Market grid exports so each cell is written with its corresponding Excel format (dates as dates, monetary values as currency, counts as numbers, ratios as percentages and identifiers as text) since values were exported without formatting, losing leading zeros and preventing sorting and filtering by date.

  • We updated the Portfolio Details page to keep the Purchase and Sale Agreement accordion available to internal users after the Pending Agreement card, so the PSA stays accessible once the portfolio moves forward.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • We fixed a bug on the account details page where media files uploaded to an account could not be downloaded, so buyer and seller users can now retrieve the files attached to the account.
  • We fixed a bug in the Account Exclusion bulk upload on Forward Flow portfolios where uploading a template file with the Lender Loan ID filled but the ECAID empty returned an error instead of processing the exclusions.
  • We fixed a bug where the post-sale media request was not withdrawn when the file was delivered through auto attachment, which forced platform users to close those requests manually.
  • We fixed a bug in the Portfolio Template new record modal where validation failures were reported with technical messages, replacing them with readable text that states what needs to be corrected.
  • We fixed a bug where some cells in the exported Excel files were still written without formatting, applying the correct date and currency formats.

Comply

  • We added a modal in the Document Registration on Comply that displays the document summary and a Download button that converts the summary text into a PDF file, so the summary can be read and kept outside the platform.

  • We added a Comply Home page in Comply setting it as the default landing page. The new home page displays a toggle where users can choose to view the Pre-Certification/Audits or Licenses, each swapping its own status cards, filters, columns, counts and export actions without reloading the page, so both reports are reachable from one place. The last selected view is kept in the user preferences.

  • We improved certification progress tracking so users can see more accurate and up-to-date progress information in the Certification Manager.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed a bug where users created through the Comply User Creation fillable form were saved in Control Panel and reported as created, but were never provisioned and therefore could not log in.

Control Panel

  • We enhanced the media naming convention page in Control Panel to merge the literal and divider elements into a single component called custom, so both cases are configured through the same interface.

Fixed Bugs in Control Panel

  • We fixed a bug in the Control Panel Whitelist tab where adding an IP range saved the entry but never showed the ‘Ip Address Whitelisted’ confirmation.

  • We fixed a bug where the Department field was missing from the internal user form in Control Panel.
