Release Notes – May 21, 2026

Summary

This release introduces the Auction Communicator, a new Q&A feature on Portfolio Detail pages for buyers, sellers, and internal users. It supports auction questions, seller answers, reusable FAQs, notifications, daily summaries for open questions, and timestamped entries. The release also adds a FAQ section to the Seller Detail Card, improves portfolio media file processing for folders and subfolders, and updates the global search bar to search all categories by default.

• The Auction Communicator is now available on Portfolio Detail pages. Buyers can submit questions during an auction; sellers can answer them and manage a reusable FAQ; internal users facilitate the conversation. Notifications are sent when questions are answered and in a daily digest for open items. Each entry is timestamped with the user's name.
• A FAQ section is now available on the Seller Detail Card — buyers and internal users can filter by Asset Type and Portfolio Type and view the seller's FAQ in a modal.
• Portfolio media file auto-attachment now correctly processes files stored inside folders and subfolders.
• The global search bar now defaults to searching across all categories.

Fixed Bugs in Market

• Fixed the History accordion download on Portfolio Detail — the confirmation message and downloaded file name were both incorrect.
• Fixed the Loan ID link on Post-Sale Request detail pages — it was not navigating to the Account Details page as expected.
• Fixed an error that appeared on the Batch Attachment page immediately on load, before any filters were selected.
• Resolved overlapping notification messages that appeared simultaneously when submitting a bulk direct pay request with validation errors.
