Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This release improves performance, visibility, and reliability across Market and Comply. Sellers can now view the Bid Summary and portfolio history on Portfolio Details, the Portfolio Manager page loads faster, and media uploads now support files up to 30 GB. The release also fixes several issues, including PSA date recording, Post-Sale Report accuracy after refresh, and file deletion behavior in Document Registration. In Comply, Country is now required for categories, documents, and fillable forms, and Document Registration now shows only items that match the business country. Automated test coverage was also executed and existing automated tests were updated.
Market
- We enabled the Bid Summary section on the Portfolio Details page for sellers, so they can view a summary of activity once the portfolio moves past the auction phase. The section shows the Number of Bids, Number of Views, and Number of Downloads.
- We improved the loading speed of the Portfolio Manager page for buyers, sellers, and internal users, especially in Pending Agreement. This reduces waiting time when opening portfolio lists and makes day-to-day navigation more fluid.
- We increased the maximum media file upload size in the Market to 30 GB. Users can now share much larger files directly through the platform, removing the need for workarounds when handling high-volume portfolios.
- We made the History accordion on the Portfolio Details page visible to sellers. Previously only available to internal users, sellers can now follow the full event timeline of their portfolios — from upload through settlement — giving them better transparency and reducing the need to contact the internal team for status updates.
- We updated the media file notification system to stop sending download reminders after a file link has expired. Previously, users kept receiving notifications for files that were no longer available for download. Now, only active and downloadable files trigger notifications.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed an issue in Marketplace Portfolio Data Validation where the system could incorrectly return a validation error for the entire file. This change ensures the rule is triggered only when there is an actual conflict, allowing uploads to be validated correctly.
- We fixed a bug in the forward flow portfolio history where clicking on a portfolio link returned an error. Links in the history now open the correct portfolio without any issues.
- We fixed a bug that caused an error when listing portfolios after setting certain buyer users as excluded. The portfolio listing now loads correctly after exclusion settings are applied.
- We fixed a bug where the initial PSA date was not being recorded when a portfolio entered the Pending PSA status. The system now correctly captures the date the PSA process begins, ensuring the settlement timeline is accurately tracked.
- We fixed a data issue in the Post-Sale Report where returning from the Request Detail page and refreshing the report could cause incorrect information to be displayed. The report now keeps the correct results after navigation and page refresh.
- We fixed the Return button in the Post-Sale grid, which previously required two clicks to respond. The button now reacts on the first click.
- We fixed two issues in the forward flow portfolio history: the portfolio number was displaying incorrectly, and a duplication issue was causing some events to disappear from the history. The history now shows the correct portfolio number and preserves all events as expected.
Comply
- We added a required Country field to categories, documents, and fillable forms, and updated Document Registration to display only items that match the business country. This improves data consistency from creation onward and reduces the chance of selecting unrelated documents.
Fixed Bugs in Comply
- We fixed an issue in Document Registration cards where deleting one uploaded file could remove all files instead of only the selected one. We also corrected the behavior that caused previously deleted files to reappear after a new upload.
