Release Notes – March 30, 2026
Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This release improves platform consistency, speeds up key Market and Post-Sale workflows, and removes friction from several everyday tasks. Users now have a two-step sign-in flow, faster Control pages, a Last Update column for better visibility into recent changes, and bulk uploads that continue processing valid rows even when some entries fail. The update also streamlines Portfolio Template editing, improves bid sorting and labeling, and simplifies parts of the loading and response flows. In Comply, eligible repository files can now be deleted, preview errors are easier to spot, and several fixes improve uploads, reports, filters, and business switching. Control Panel also becomes easier to read with clearer alignment and better error-message presentation.
General
- We standardized Exchange global styling to align with the other modules, preventing route changes from altering component appearance and improving visual consistency across the platform.
- We replaced the previous single-screen login form with a two-step sign-in flow. In the new experience, users first enter their username or email address and click Continue. Once the account is identified, they are taken to a second screen to enter their password, confirm their credentials, and sign in to the platform. From that second screen, selecting Edit returns the user to the username entry page, while selecting Reset Password directs them to the Forgot Your Password page, where they can confirm their username and receive the same password reset instructions by email as before.
Market
- We improved Control (Post-Sale) usability by optimizing its cards for faster request page load times and adding a Last Update column to the grid to show the latest request/card summary timestamp, making recent changes easier to spot and prioritize.
- We updated Post-Sale bulk upload so the import continues even if some rows contain errors, processing valid entries and reporting issues without stopping the entire file.
- We updated the Portfolio Template flow. A confirmation modal was added to the Portfolio Template Edit page whenever the Sales Commission Percent is changed, clearly showing users the new value before they confirm the update. We also removed the Sales Commission Percent column from the Portfolio Template Manager page. In addition, we removed the Default Value step from the Portfolio Template edit flow to simplify the interface and reduce the amount of information users need to review during editing.
- We updated the Portfolio Splitter to automatically distribute percentages across sets by default based on the number of sets created, while still allowing users to adjust the values manually.
- We enhanced the Bid Review and Bid History accordion table on the Portfolio Details page to allow column sorting and set the default order by Forward Flow, from highest bid to lowest bid.
- We updated the label “Recovery Success Manager” to “Success Manager” on the Portfolio Details page. We also changed the “Request immediate listing” label to “Bypass Advisor Review” and added a warning message to the confirmation modal to make the action clearer.
- We enhanced the Load Portfolio flow to automatically fill the Business field when the user has only one business available, removing an unnecessary manual step.
- We updated the Digital Seller Survey configuration flow by swapping the position of “Business Assignment” and “Asset Types” to create a more intuitive setup sequence.
- We updated Submit Requested Information in Bulk Respond page so it is only enabled when all selected requests include a comment or attachment, preventing incomplete submissions and making the flow clearer.
- We updated the Dashboard Funding cards, Funding Notification cards and Post Sale cards to reduce processing during page load, improving performance.
- We updated the Rewind All action in the NDA Versions pop-up of the Unmasked Data component on the Portfolio Detail page in Market so the button stays disabled when no files are available, preventing invalid interactions.
- We improved the survey modal performance to reduce loading time and make survey data display faster when the modal is opened.
- We added a new Dispute type to Post-Sale Info Requests with a required numeric Dispute Number field and bulk template support, ensuring dispute cases are recorded in a structured way and limited to one request per account.
- We added Statute of Limitation support for US Judgment portfolios.
- We updated the Post-Sale status flow so the summary is refreshed whenever a status changes or a request is withdrawn, keeping summary data aligned with the latest request status.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed issues on the Funding Details page where external users’ first and last names were not displayed and the funding PDF report could freeze instead of downloading. Now user information appears correctly and reports download as expected.
- We fixed issues with the Post-Sale dashboard cards where totals for Buy Back, Info, and My Requests could display incorrect values. Now the cards use the correct status logic and show totals that match the underlying data.
- We fixed an issue with the Post-Sale cards where they could fail to load when the summary tables were empty. Now the cards display N/A when no data is available instead of breaking.
Comply
- We added a Delete option to the document repository action menu for eligible repository-uploaded files, allowing users to remove documents approved after certification completion while keeping certification-uploaded files protected.
Fixed Bugs in Comply
- We updated the SOP Preview screen so errors are displayed more prominently, making them easier to notice during preview.
- We fixed an issue in Document Setup where selecting filters for calculated columns could cause the screen to load indefinitely. Now those unsupported filters have been removed, preventing the page from getting stuck.
- We fixed an issue on the Reports screen where an unstyled message and excessive empty space affected the layout when little or no data was available. Now the grid size adjusts to the number of items, improving readability and screen usage.
- We fixed an issue on the SOP upload flow where an error in the progress component prevented files from being uploaded correctly. Now users can upload SOP files without the process getting blocked.
- We fixed an issue in My Repository where the approval button could remain visible after all files in the Approval Documents folder were deleted. Now the screen refreshes automatically and hides the button when there are no documents left to approve.
- We fixed an issue with the Repository menu in Exchange where it was inconsistent with the Comply module menu. Now the menu follows the same structure, providing a more consistent navigation experience.
- We fixed an issue in Comply Certification Events where switching between businesses could fail for some records and keep showing the previously accessed business. Now the selected business loads correctly without errors.
- We fixed an issue in SOP date selection where the calendar allowed invalid dates causing validation errors. Now the date restriction works correctly and users can select only valid dates.
Control Panel
- We aligned the item name with its corresponding status/color symbol in the Roles and Users sections of Control Panel, improving visual consistency and readability.
- We improved the way bank account error messages are displayed in the Control Panel, providing a clearer and more user-friendly interface.
Fixed Bugs in Control Panel
- We fixed an issue in the Agreement Templates table where column sizing made important information harder to read. Now widths are better balanced, long text is truncated more clearly, and tooltips help users view full details when needed.
