Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release focuses on improving stability and usability across the platform. User inactivation now uses an improved 90-day calculation to avoid disabling reactivated users. In Market, Post-Sale modals and portfolio-related flows were refined, including larger Portfolio Report pages with email-based exports, improved PSA signature and final document actions, a simplified loading layout, better auction editing, a cleaner invoice address layout, and an internal accordion to update portfolio Sales Directors. Comply gains richer contact and timing details in Document Registration, smarter validations in Document Setup, reuse of approved documents in new certification periods, updated completion rules, support for direct repository uploads, a controlled process for updating fillable forms, and corrected document category filters. Business Information screens in the Control Panel were standardized.

General

  • We updated the logic that determines when a user should be inactivated by changing how the system calculates the 90-day window and preventing incorrect disabling after reactivation.

Market

  • We improved Post-Sale and related confirmation modals design.
  • We increased the number of items the Portfolio Report can display per page and updated the Export button to generate the full file asynchronously and send it via email.
  • We improved the Request Signature button in Market PSA e-signature component on the Portfolio Detail page so it stays disabled while a signature request is pending, even after page refresh, preventing duplicate requests for the same action.
  • We disabled the “Generate Final PSA” button during the file conversion to avoid multiple simultaneous generations and prevent duplicate or conflicting final documents.
  • We enhanced the Edit Auction accordion on the Portfolio Detail page by correcting calendar selection, enabling manual date entry, and resetting the Auction Timer after audit updates, improving workflow clarity.
  • We enhanced the Market invoice by hiding empty additional address fields and improving the address layout so that only relevant address information is displayed.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • Fixed a bug with re-sale funding confirmation button permissions. Now the “Confirm Funding” button appears correctly, allowing sellers in re-sale operations to confirm funding as expected.
  • We fixed an issue with SCRA Post-Sale requests where creations did not appear on the Manage screen and failed with an error when created from the account. Now SCRA requests are processed correctly and always visible in Manage.
  • Fixed an issue where Direct Pay amounts over $1,000 were not saved correctly. Now these payments and their values are properly recorded.
  • We fixed a bug in Portfolio History where “Add Bid” events displayed unprocessed dates and unclear additional data.

Comply

  • We added the analyst’s phone, email, and the certification start date to “Document Registration” page for clearer contact and timing information.
  • We updated the Expiring Documents email wording used in Comply to improve clarity and ensure the message reads correctly for recipients.
  • We improved the validation in the “Document Setup” page so that when a business type is updated - after clicking the Market option - the system shows a warning if any document’s business type no longer matches the category’s business type. This way, users receive clear alerts that help maintain consistent and accurate document configurations.
  • We enabled the system to pull all non-expired, approved documents into a new certification period. When the certification starts, these documents are automatically cloned with Approved status, and the system displays how many documents were cloned. Users save time by reusing valid documents and can immediately see how many items were carried over to the new certification.
  • We updated the completion calculation so that required documents marked as not available are no longer counted, and the “Pending Upload” label is hidden in those cases.
  • We enabled document uploads directly in the “Repository” page, following the same behavior as in the “Document Repository”. Users can now upload a new file whenever there is no expired file in that slot.
  • We enabled fillable forms to be updated in Comply. A new “Can be updated in Repository” switch was added in “Document Setup”, and fillable forms with this option now show an “Update” button in the “Repository” page. Updated forms reopen with editable fields, switch to “Pending” status after submission, appear under the “Pending Update” icon, and trigger a “New document uploaded” notification. This gives users a controlled and traceable way to update fillable forms, ensuring internal review and approval before changes take effect.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed the category filters in “Document Setup” so that selecting a category now correctly shows only the documents or fillable forms that belong to it.

Control Panel

  • We improved the Business Information screens by standardizing title colors and fonts. Now the visual style is consistent across the platform, making information easier to scan and read.
