Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

The update enhances consistency and workflow clarity across the platform. In Market, refinements include improved title alignment, portfolio status tracking, and clearer file-handling feedback in the Post-Sale attachments section. Comply introduces enhanced document uploading, a “Current” certification period filter in My Repository and Document Registration, new icons and progress indicators that make certification tracking and document organization more intuitive, as well as the ability to download selected categories directly from the Document Registration page. Monitor adds date-based file naming for better version control, while Control resolves issues with buyer lists, portfolio sorting, and data saving.

Market

  • We removed bold styling from certain titles in the Portfolio Detail page to ensure visual consistency with other titles across the platform.
  • We added “Time In Status” values to all portfolio statuses in the Pending Agreement card on Portfolio Manager page to improve visibility and tracking of workflow progress.
  • Added a message to the Post-Sale attachments section to inform users when no files are available. This ensures clearer feedback when searching by ID or viewing attachments as an internal user.
  • We updated Pending Final Confirmation portfolios to display related media files, enabling faster and more accurate final reviews.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • Fixed an issue in the File Upload process where users could attempt to upload a document without an addendum, causing an error. Now the system displays the message “You can’t upload documents in the Forward Flow because there are no portfolios assigned to it yet” and disables the upload option accordingly.
  • Fixed an issue in the NDA signature flow where the system showed the NDA as sent, but no email was delivered.
  • Fixed a bug with the PSA e-signature workflow where the completion event didn’t trigger and confirmation emails weren’t sent.
  • Fixed a UI issue on the complaint screen where the “Acct Status” field and its value appeared juxtaposed on the Compliance component in Complaint section.
  • Fixed an issue on the Portfolio Detail page where the Add/Update BID accordion was incorrectly displayed for Forward Flow portfolios.

Comply

  • We enabled users to indicate which document is being updated in the Document Repository. The “Upload” option was removed from document cards and replaced by an “Upload New Version” button inside the Document Details. When a file is uploaded, the system links it to the previous version and requires compliance approval before replacing the old document. This ensures proper version control and compliance validation, preventing users from accidentally overwriting or duplicating documents.
  • We added a “Current” certification period filter in My Repository and Document Registration, displaying only approved documents from the ongoing certification.
  • We added a yellow clock-with-cut-line icon to mark expired documents and categories in the Third Party Repository, giving users a clear visual cue for expired files.
  • We allowed users to change the order of document sections and fillable forms within Document SetupCategories. A new action menu was added to the category grid, containing Edit, Delete, and the new “Change documents order” option. This gives users flexibility to organize document sections more intuitively and maintain a consistent structure.
  • We added completion percentages to category labels on the Document Registration page to give users quick visibility into their progress.
  • We added the ability to download specific categories in the Document Registration page, matching the functionality already available in the Repository.
  • We added requested documents to the Missing Documents report, introduced a new indicator in each document section to highlight requests, and auto-refresh the card status when a requested document is deleted. Therefore, users quickly spot requested items and see up-to-date statuses, reducing follow-ups and speeding completion.
  • We improved the expired-document notification process and data handling to deliver more accurate and responsive alerts.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • Fixed an issue with the repository’s “Download Due Diligence Deck” where empty category folders were included in “Download All,” causing confusion. Now only folders with documents are downloaded, preventing false impressions of missing or corrupted files.

Monitor

  • We added the date (format YYYY-MM-DD) to the name of files sent to clients to standardize version tracking and avoid confusion between different file versions.

Control

Fixed Bugs in Control

  • Fixed a bug with Agreement Templates where the buyer selection did not display all available buyers.
  • Fixed an issue with the Agreement Template’s portfolio list where items weren’t sorted by the most recent portfolio number.
  • We fixed an issue preventing data from saving in Control → Edit Internal, ensuring updates are now stored correctly.
