Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

Market adds a Net Accounts List of active records, full-account export with emailed link, editable DSS Survey (clones as Draft; approved surveys reset to Draft with confirmation), quick filters showing portfolio counts, and Digital Seller Survey sync that removes dependent answers/attachments on question changes. Fixes cover BOS icon and lingering message, export links are emailed, post-sale attachments comments with 200-character validation, and Post-Sale Report filters. Comply introduces an ongoing certification warning modal and fixes header colors, repository downloads, and PDF previews. Monitor delivers newest-first Files plus a File Type column, richer Account Details fields, alphabetized Business Management, and a dedicated Business Settings page, alongside reliability fixes.

Market

  • We added a Net Accounts List tab in the Accounts pop-up on the Portfolio Detail page that shows only the portfolio's active accounts (excluding those removed by seller or scrub), making portfolio's accounts review clearer and faster.
  • We updated the export process in the Accounts pop-up on the Portfolio Detail page so that clicking Export now downloads all accounts, not just those displayed. The file is generated asynchronously, and a download link is sent via email to the user who requested it.
  • We updated the DSS Survey workflow to allow survey editing when it is in Draft status. Cloned DSS is created as Draft, enabling users to modify them as needed. Approved surveys can also be edited again through a new button that displays a confirmation message — “All answers related to this survey will need to be completed again.” After confirmation, the system resets the survey status to Draft and marks all answers as Incomplete.
  • We enhanced the Quick Filter in the Portfolio Management to display the number of portfolios within each filter. This gives users a faster overview of portfolio distribution, improving navigation and decision-making.
  • We enhanced Digital Seller Survey to sync questions and answers, automatically deleting related answers and attachments when questions are removed or their type changes.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • We fixed a bug that displayed an incorrect icon in the BOS after the system uploaded the e-signed document from Adobe Sign.
  • We fixed a bug that caused the message “The service fee has been confirmed. Pending BOS…” to remain visible even after the BOS was confirmed.
  • We fixed a bug that occurred when users tried to download a large number of requests. The system now correctly sends the download link after notifying the user, ensuring download of large files are completed successfully.
  • We fixed multiple issues with the Attach File to Post-Sale Request feature that prevented files from appearing after upload. Users can now successfully attach and view uploaded documents both internally and externally. To resolve this, we added validation improvements by limiting the attachment description field to 200 characters. When this limit is exceeded, the system now displays a clear error message instead of a misleading success notification. These updates ensure more reliable file uploads and clearer feedback for users.
  • We fixed Request ID and Funding ID filters on the Post-Sale Report page that were not functioning properly. All filters now work as expected.

Comply

  • We added a warning modal that appears when accessing the repository of a buyer with ongoing certification. The message informs users that, during the annual EverChain recertification, some documents may appear outdated and advises them to contact the Network Compliance Analyst or Debt Sales representative if a specific document is needed immediately. This enhancement improves transparency and helps prevent confusion or misuse of documentation.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • We fixed a bug in Comply → Certification Manager that caused the column headers to appear in black instead of the standard white.
  • We fixed an issue in Comply → Repository that prevented users from downloading files from the Repository.
  • We fixed an issue that prevented the PDF preview from displaying on the Document Registration page components and pop-ups.

Monitor

  • We updated the Files page to sort files by date in descending order, showing the most recent uploads first. We also added a File Type column to the Monitor → Files grid, displaying only “New” or “Recall” for quicker and clearer file identification. These improvements make it easier to distinguish file categories and enhance clarity and efficiency in monitoring tasks.
  • We enhanced the Account Details page by adding new fields (First Name, Last Name, Lender, and Lender Loan ID) and aligning the grids for better readability.
  • We removed the File Name filter from the Billing page to simplify the interface and improve usability.
  • We set the Business Management grid to order entries alphabetically by name for easier navigation and quicker lookup.
  • We converted the Business Settings creation modal into a dedicated page, improving usability and space for configuration.

Fixed Bugs in Monitor

  • We fixed a bug where the File Type field in the Export Active Accounts pop-up was being cleared after selecting a Business in the same pop-up. The system now correctly retains the selected file type when users choose a business field.
  • We fixed a bug that prevented the Status column from being populated in the Accounts modal.
  • We fixed a bug that sometimes prevented invoice generation in the Monitor module.
  • We fixed an issue that sometimes prevented accounts from appearing in the Account grids, ensuring consistent visibility and reliability.
