Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This update enhances usability and reliability across the platform. Market received new features such as NDA e-signature support. Bugs were resolved, including issues with PSA signing order, portfolio splits, XLSX exports, and BOS e-signature stability. In Comply, fixes improved SOP display, PDF generation, and dropdown loading. Control was updated with a new option to upload business logos, strengthening brand consistency. The login page was also updated with improved visibility for the “Forgot your password?” link.
General
- We improved the visibility of the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page by changing its color to orange.
Market
- We added e-signature support for NDAs. If both buyer and seller have e-signature enabled, they can sign NDAs digitally and track status updates in the Unmasked Data component on the Portfolio Detail page. Digital signatures streamline the process and add transparency.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed an issue that sometimes prevented the Agency Detail page from loading.
- We fixed a bug that sent the “Sign PSA” email to the buyer first, even when the internal user had configured the buyer not to be the first signer.
- We fixed a bug that displayed the wrong PSA status between the buyer’s and seller’s signatures. The status now correctly shows “Waiting for the seller to sign the Final PSA.”
- We fixed a bug that prevented Split Portfolio from summing decimal values correctly, which sometimes caused the difference to display an error instead of numbers.
- We fixed a bug that caused only the first account of a portfolio to be exported to XLSX files.
- We fixed a bug in BOS e-signature that caused the component to crash and display an error message when the status was Pending Final Confirmation, Awaiting Seller Fee, or Funded.

- We fixed a bug that kept the “Set as Not Available” button active even when there was an open request or an approved request.
- We fixed a bug that caused the time in the SOP Draft Versions grid to display incorrectly instead of showing local time.
- We fixed a bug in SOP PDF generation that created a blank PDF instead of the correct one.
- We fixed a bug that prevented the Business dropdown from loading the business as expected.
Control
- We added an Upload Logo tab in Control Panel → Business → Business Information, enabling users to upload their logo for consistent brand identity in platform outputs such as invoices.
