Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This release improves account search, portfolio regeneration, and bid tracking in Market. Comply updates include expanded certification details and tighter integration with the Control Panel. Automated tests were executed and corrected to reinforce stability.
General
- We improved the search function so that when multiple accounts share the same LoanID, the system displays all options for the user to choose from. This grants users the control to open the correct account, reducing errors.
Market
- We enhanced the Regenerate feature on the Portfolio Details page. The dropdown list now shows only documents that have already been generated, preventing confusion and invalid actions.
- We enhanced the Bid Review component on the Portfolio Details page. Even after a seller accepts a bid, it will continue to be displayed. To reflect this change, the component has been renamed from Bid Review to Bid History. Buyers now have access as well, but only to their own bids. In Forward Flow portfolios, Bid History also includes bids from the first Forward Flow portfolio. This improves users tracking of bid history, with sellers and buyers accessing relevant records as needed.
Comply
- We enhanced the Agency certification process by adding new questions (e.g., office hours, organization age, years in service) and two fillable forms: Association Affiliations and Experience – Market Verticals. These additions improve compliance and provide more detailed information for evaluation, enabling users to present a more complete profile, allowing better assessment by our team.
- We added a dropdown in the License Document Approval modal, which is now integrated with Control Panel → Business → Licenses as part of the ongoing integration between Comply and Control Panel. We also linked Control Panel to Comply so that licenses accepted, updated, or created in the Comply are automatically reflected in Control Panel. In addition, the Expiration Date field has been renamed to Expiration.
Fixed Bugs in Comply
- We fixed an issue in the Category modal on Document Setup that prevented the selection of Contains License Attestation after saving a version where this field had not been selected.
- We fixed a bug that prevented the system from displaying 100% completion for the Certification Process, even when all procedures had been completed.
