Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This update enhances Market, Collect, Control, and Comply with better data handling, clearer interfaces, and more flexible processes. Buyer compliance data is now preserved with winning bids, internal users and Direct Sellers can extend or close auctions in real time, and media files are better organized. Collect benefits from a redesigned Accounts page. Control introduces a fixed monthly fee option, and Comply adds more precise agency certification management. A few bug fixes and automated testing further enhance stability and reliability.
Market
- We improved the Buyer Compliance Overview (BCO) that is now saved when the buyer’s bid is accepted. As a result, when accessing the winning bid in the Bid Review component within the Portfolio Details page, you can view the BCO and its graph up to the month preceding the bid. This ensures the compliance data relevant to the winning bid is preserved and available for review, supporting better decision tracking and auditing.
- We added a feature that allows internal users and Direct Sellers to extend or close the bid window. While an auction is open, they can edit the auction date or close the auction from the Edit Auction component on the Portfolio Details page. Permissions to extend or close auctions can be enabled or disabled in Control → Manage Permissions → Users -> User Detail -> Admin. Therefore, users can adjust auction schedules in real time to better match bidding activity and market needs.
- We standardized the “Page Not Found” design across Market and Monitor for a consistent user experience.
- We updated the Media Files component on the Portfolio Details page so that it now displays only media files related to the portfolio, excluding any account-specific media files from this view. The account-specific media files can be found in media component in Account Details page. This separation prevents mixing portfolio and account media, making file organization and access contextual and clearer.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed a misalignment issue in the Place Bid component on the Portfolio Details page.
- We fixed a bug that caused DSS answer submissions to reset as incomplete every time users clicked Next.
Collect
- We enhanced the design, performance, and layout of the Accounts page, improving the overall user experience. We also added a Post Placement component on it, allowing users to check post placements within Account Detail page.
- We added an Agency Details page. It displays the Display the Complaint Ratio indicators and the Total Accounts Assigned, Recovery Rate, Active Strategies and Placement Capacity. Additionally, we added a "View Due Diligence in Comply" button to for quick access to compliance information.
Fixed Bugs in Collect
- We fixed a bug that displayed more recalled items than it should in the EverChain section after completing a strategy.
- We fixed an issue that caused the balance adjustment displayed to the user to show the old transaction amount instead of the updated one.
- We fixed a bug that caused vendor names to appear multiple times in the vendor dropdown of the Compliance component on the Complaints Detailed page in Collect. This happened when the same vendor was linked to more than one placement. The dropdown now displays each vendor only once.
- We fixed an issue that sometimes caused the Post Placement Manager screen to display no data, preventing posts from loading for the user.
Control
- We updated the fee setup in Control by adding the option to configure a monthly payment fee. A new Fixed Monthly Fee switch is now available in the Sellers Configuration section of Control, allowing you to change how the system bills the user. When the switch is turned on, or when the client is a Direct Client (SaaS), additional fields will appear for configuration. This allows the platform to support sellers on fixed monthly billing models, adapting fee settings to match their contract terms.
Comply
- We added more granular control over agencies in the platform. Reflecting the new policy of certifying agencies for Market, Collect, or both, the system now checks this certification status when processing certifications. The certification process will only be completed after all documents required for that certification have been uploaded and approved. Users gain clearer, more accurate certification processes.
Fixed Bugs in Comply
- We fixed an issue that prevented access to the Due Diligence screen when attempting to open it through the BCO Card modal in Market.
- We fixed a bug in the certification progression that prevented fillable forms from being considered.
- We fixed a bug that caused some files, specifically current certification files, to be downloaded twice when uploading them in Document Registration and then downloading them using the Download Due Diligence Deck button. The system will now download these files without duplication.
