Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release improves key areas of Market, Collect, Comply, and Control. In Market, PSA Forward Flow statuses have been refined and PSA generation is more automated, reducing manual effort. Template validation bugs were fixed, improving error displays. In Collect, default options are better aligned to common workflows, and users can now delete stages and agencies in Draft and disabled strategies. Bankruptcy and Deceased accounts are tagged clearly in resting area, and new upload management options improve review and tracking. In Comply, creditors can now view agency approvals and documents more clearly, and certification assignment fields are clarified. Automated tests were also executed to maintain system reliability.

Market

  • We updated the PSA Forward Flow status so that it changes from “Waiting for Close/Funding Dates” to “Waiting for FF PSA Review” after the buyer fills in the fund dates. Additionally, the status for Forward Flow bankrupt portfolios will now show “Waiting for Seller to Confirm FF” instead of “Waiting for Close/Fund Date” when awaiting seller confirmation. These adjustments make statuses more precise, reflecting each portfolio’s true process stage and clarifying next actions.
  • We updated the PSA Forward Flow generation to copy the PSA from the first Forward Flow portfolio when the buyer confirms funds have been sent, automating consistency and reducing manual effort.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • Fixed a bug that prevented errors from being displayed in Excel (.xlsx) files generated during template validation in Market.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the validation template pop-up in Market from displaying correctly when the file to be validated contained a large number of columns.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the system to display additional nonexistent errors when validating templates.

Collect

  • We set the “Skip Pre-Assignment” option to be enabled by default on the Creating Strategy page. This reduces manual configuration steps and aligns with the most common user behavior when creating new strategies.
  • We allowed users to delete stages and agencies in Draft and disabled strategies on Collect, giving them more flexibility to adjust before activation.
  • We added scrubbed Bankruptcy and Deceased accounts to the resting area with “bankruptcy” and “deceased” tags. This improves visibility and helps users quickly identify these accounts during upload review.
  • We added a confirmation modal in Load Accounts showing the number of accounts before upload, helping users verify and avoid unintended submissions.
  • Added a new way to keep track of uploaded account files the Upload Account Manager. Now, you can access it from the side menu, directly through Accounts Menu -> Accounts Upload. The accounts are ordered from newest to oldest. We also added a submenu to filter account files and a Load Account button with a download template option, in case you need them. This improves navigation, makes account uploads more accessible, and offers tools to simplify the upload process.
  • We enhanced the Upload Accounts page to allow users to click on the upload step icon and download the list of accounts that passed through that step. This way, users can easily track and review specific account batches, improving transparency and control over uploads.

Fixed Bugs in Collect

  • Fixed a bug that sometimes displayed agencies not associated with the creditor in the new vendor modal dropdown.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the screen to get stuck when downloading media templates in bulk. As part of the fix, we also added headers to them.

Comply

  • We updated the Third-Party Repository so Creditors can view Approved or Worked With agencies and their due diligence documents in the Agency Repository section (Comply -> Document Repository -> Third Party Repository -> Agency Repository). Therefore, Creditors can confidently select agencies based on clear approval status and due diligence, improving trust and decision quality.
  • Enhanced the “Assign Certification to a Compliance Analyst” modal on the Document Registration page in Comply. It now allows setting a start date that has already begun, and we also changed the name of the end date field to “Expected End Date” to make it clearer, clarifying timelines and increasing flexibility.

Fixed Bugs in Comply

  • Fixed an issue that restricted access to updated due diligence reports. Sometimes, when sellers pulled due diligence reports, they only had access to the last completed audit. Now, they can also access updated documents such as licensing and insurance.
  • Fixed a bug that restricted the download of complaint attachments to one per load. As a result, users previously had to refresh the page multiple times to download all attachments.

Control

Fixed Bugs in Control

  • Fixed an issue that hid the Split Portfolio flag in Business Information on the Control Panel.
