Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This release includes optimizations and fixes across the platform. In Market, the NDA process was improved for faster completion, Batch Attachment bulk downloads now operate via emailed links, and the Forward Flow e-signature feature was introduced. Collect experienced architectural updates and UI enhancements, with restructured file tables and better error handling. Comply added bulk deletion for documents and improved SOP handling. Control introduced flexible fee configuration for agencies. A few bugs were fixed and automated tests were updated.
Market
- We optimized the performance of the Unmasked Data Request and NDA process, significantly reducing the time required for completion. Additionally, we updated the “Approve NDA Draft as a Seller” flow to run asynchronously. After the seller's signature, the system now processes the NDA draft in the background and displays a message informing the seller that the file is being generated.
- We introduced the e-signature process for Forward Flow Addendums. Internal users can now request signatures from both the seller and the buyer directly through the Portfolio Details Page or the Forward Flow Manager. When an addendum is sent for e-signature, the designated users receive an email notification, and the system automatically updates the status to "Pending Seller Signature" or "Pending Buyer Signature", allowing internal users to track the process more efficiently. Before signatures are collected, the Addendum is saved as a PDF in the system. After both parties have signed, the file is stored as a ZIP archive to preserve the certification attributes of the signed documents. Users can also cancel the signature process for a Forward Flow Addendum, stopping the email flow and updating the document’s status to "Canceled". Additionally, when disabling a PSA, the system prompts the user to confirm whether the related addendum should also be disabled. All addendum-related events can be reviewed in the E-sign History component, located on the Portfolio Forward Flow Details page.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- We fixed an issue that prevented the Batch Attachment bulk download of archives through the browser. Some browsers were unable to handle multiple simultaneous downloads and would only download a few files at random. To address this, the system now sends a download link to the user’s email, allowing them to properly download all selected files inside a zip folder.
- We fixed a bug in the file upload feature that caused issues when uploading files with the same name.
- Fixed an issue that caused the "Confirm Received Funding" button to be hidden from Re-Sellers.
- Fixed a bug that incorrectly displayed the "Funding to Seller" button for Re-Sellers.
Collect
- The Headerless file tables were reviewed and updated. New properties were added, unused properties removed, adjusted some orders, hashsets and descriptions, their content was revised, column order was reorganized to improve structure and also added some validations. Their functionality over SFTP was also validated through unit testing. These enhancements resolve structural inconsistencies and outdated formatting, leading to more reliable file handling, smoother SFTP operations, and fewer data exchange errors.
Fixed Bugs in Collect
- We fixed a bug that caused some accounts to be assigned to more than one agency simultaneously.
- We fixed a bug that caused an Error Boundary message to appear when users attempted to edit a strategy’s stage in Collect, preventing them from completing the action.
Comply
- We added a feature that allows users to delete selected documents from a document section. Now, when internal users access Comply → Document Registration and click on See Details, they can bulk delete the files attached to that document section, making file management in Comply more convenient and intuitive.
Control
- We added a more specific configuration option for setting up Fee Type for Agencies. Internal users can now choose whether to configure the fee as a percentage or on a per-account basis. This option is available in the Client Profile Detailed page → Business → Business Information Detailed page → Asset Types section. If the Business Information Details page belongs to an Agency, a “Fee Type” dropdown menu will appear, allowing users to select the preferred configuration. This feature makes management better, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach and granting more accurate and flexible fee setup.
