Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This release introduces stricter SSN matching, enhanced file tracking, and more robust validation workflows across Market, Collect, and Comply. Market adds better visibility to portfolio data, account flags, and invoice precision. Collect improves post-placement handling with new rules and UI features, while Comply enhances document controls. The Control Panel now includes an NDA notification switch. Bug fixes in document management and file linking contribute to greater platform stability.
Market
- We added a new scrub option that allows users to select a strict SSN match through a switch in the Seller Profile page on the Control Panel.
- We updated the Listed Portfolio notification to include the Seller’s Name, Asset Type, Debt Sales Advisor, and the Advisor’s contact information. The update allows buyers to access more complete information, supporting quicker assessments and easier direct communication with the responsible advisor.
- We updated the invoice generation process to use the billing country instead of the address country.
- We updated the Headers Portfolio Validation to include the Custom Headers Validation as part of its process. Integrating custom header checks enhances validation consistency across portfolio uploads, reducing the likelihood of errors.
- We updated the BOS E-Signature component to display uploaded files during the process, clarifying which files users have selected.
- We improved the Unmasked Data component on Market to always display the "Approved NDAs" option, even after NDA completion. Therefore, users can easily confirm NDA approvals at any stage, improving transparency and audit readiness.
- We added account flags to the Account Detail page to help users quickly identify key events related to their accounts.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- Fixed the duplicated Max Face Value on the Forward Flow Agreement page.
- Fixed a message displayed during the bulk creation process of Post Sale Requests. In some cases, the system incorrectly indicated that a closed request still had a pending closure.
Collect
- We updated the Bulk Media Files Upload so that files uploaded in Collect are now listed in the SFTP interface, and two new files (“result” and “rejected”) are automatically generated. This change improves visibility and tracking by listing uploaded files and automatically generating result and rejection files for easier troubleshooting.
- Updated Post Placement Requests for accounts that are not assigned to agencies. You can now change their flags. If they are Recall/Return requests and are not assigned to any agency, the system will prevent their creation. For rejected requests, the system will display an “Account not found” message.
- We enhanced Bulk Withdrawn to display a confirmation message upon success or errors when issues occur, providing feedback and reducing uncertainty.
- Updated the Post Placement creation process by adding three new validation rules. The system will now check whether the business is linked to the account, whether the account is currently part of a strategy and whether another request exists. This ensures greater certainty in the process by verifying if the user attempting to create the post-placement is properly authorized. It also improves transparency by displaying a message when a user does not have permission to create a post-placement for a specific account.
- We updated the Post Placement Request types (Low Balance, Other, and Request to Information) by adding new fields, editing their templates, and implementing new validations. These updates help ensure that requests are complete, standardized, and validated, reducing the need for manual corrections.
- We updated the Account Status labels. “Pending Placement” now applies to accounts loaded but not yet placed. “Placed” is used when accounts are successfully placed into a Strategy. “Placed (Request to Recall/Return)” reflects when a creditor or vendor, respectively, requests the account’s recall or return. “Strategy Completed” marks when the final step of a Strategy finishes. “Recalled/Returned From” indicates an account has been recalled or returned. “Pending Sale” label is used when an account has been sent to Market for sale. “Recalled” refers to accounts that were recalled from a sale order in Market, and “Sold” is used when the account was sold in Market.
- Added a Post Placement creation feature to the Post Placement page in Collect for vendors. Users can now create a Post Placement request through the UI, providing a more accessible alternative to bulk submission.
Fixed Bugs in Collect
- Fixed a bug that caused the screen to move down when clicking the three-dot filter in Collect.
- Fixed an issue that prevented files uploaded through the portfolio details page from being linked to the portfolio and its accounts.
Comply
- We made the Allowed File Types dropdown in Document Setup on Comply a required field. Making file type specification mandatory helps prevent configuration errors and ensures correct document validation.
- We added a switch in the Create New Document modal allowing users to indicate if the document is a financial audit document. This classification improves document organization and enables specific handling for financial audit documents.
- We enhanced the Business Information form by adding a country dropdown to the billing address and fixing the "Same as Physical Address" option, which sometimes failed to save the physical address to the billing address.
- We enhanced the Bank Accounts fillable form to support managing multiple accounts in a single submission. This streamlines the process, reducing repetitive steps and saving time during account registration.
Fixed Bugs in Comply
- We fixed an issue where Asset Types in Comply were being synchronized with the Control Panel even when they were not filled in, causing records in the Control Panel to be incorrectly erased. We updated the system to prevent Comply from updating Asset Types in the Control Panel when the Asset Types field in Comply is not filled in.
- Sometimes, uploading a file in Documents Registration on Comply and then downloading it, gave the user an error. Not anymore.
Control Panel
- We added a switch to control NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) notifications, allowing users to enable or disable them as needed for better process management.
Once enabled, notifications will be sent at various stages of the process, such as during request creation and upon approval.
