General

  • We updated the platform design across the Monitor , changed the name of “Universal Due Diligence” and “Compliance” to “Comply” and updated the subdomains of Collect and Comply to align them with our new visual identity. This ensures consistency across all interfaces, reinforcing brand identity and improving user experience with a cohesive look.

Collect

  • We updated the Parameter Manager and Business Manager pages in Collect by standardizing titles, adjusting blank spaces, and improving table column titles to fit their spaces properly. These changes make navigation more intuitive and improve readability.
  • The Account Upload Template now includes additional headers, allowing users to provide more detailed information, which enhances strategy execution and recovery success rates.
  • We updated the editing strategy page in Collect to include the stage name within the editing description field. This ensures users have clear visibility of the current stage while making edits, reducing confusion and improving workflow clarity.
  • Added a Subtype column in Post Placement to categorize accounts as “SCRA” or “Military.” This facilitates filtering and downloading specific account types for improved data management, enhancing efficiency by allowing users to quickly identify and retrieve relevant accounts.
  • We added a Request Details component to the Post-Placement Request page. This provides users with a clear summary of request details, improving accessibility and decision-making.
  • We updated the Invoice Generation. Now the system generates the same invoice for both the creditor and the agency. Also, its calculations are made with Balance Adjustments now. The design was also improved for better usability.

Fixed Bugs in Collect

  • Fixed a bug that duplicated the business name in the “Business Settings” pop-up in Business Manager on Collect.
  • Resolved an issue where, in some circumstances, allowed numbers to be inserted in the Charge-off field in the Create Strategy page on Collect. Now, it no longer loads pre-populated values.
  • Fixed a menu bug that displayed the menu in a shortened version, even when it was supposed to maintain the full version - image plus text.
  • The system could not save Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaints. Now, it correctly saves this kind of complaint.
  • Fixed a bug that kept the Charge Off button on the Files page in Collect functional, even when it was supposed to be disabled.
  • Resolved a bug that prevented the pre-assignment stage from being saved in strategies.

Market

  • Updated the “Buy Back” label in Market to “Put Back” when the post-sale request is created by a Buyer, enhancing clarity of the system.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • Fixed an issue where the system sometimes failed to create an unmasked file for certain uploaded portfolios.
  • Fixed a bug on the Post Sale Report page in Market that sometimes returned unrequired results when filtering Post-Sale Reports.
  • Fixed a bug on the Create a Complaint page in Market that failed to return results when the user changed the seller filter.
  • We fixed issues in the Digital Seller Survey where attachments without answers were causing system errors and preventing correct data retrieval.
  • As indicated by our clients, the system did not allow single or bulk downloads in the Batch Attachment section. We fixed that bug, and now the files will be properly downloaded.
  • When users filled out the Post Sale form with an empty space at the end of a field, the system did not recognize it as valid information. We fixed this behavior so that any empty space at the end of a field will now be ignored.

Control Panel

  • Updated the Service Fee table design in the Detailed Client Profile within the Business section of the Client Profile in the Control Panel to enhance clarity and usability.

Fixed Bugs in Control Panel

  • The Role tab in Manage Permissions on the Control Panel previously displayed all default roles along with other system-registered roles that were not used by the user. We fixed that. Now, it correctly shows only a combination of default and custom roles.

  • Executed a series of automated tests:
  • Portfolio/Portfolio type selection on document setup.
  • Create permission and display “Update” button for vendors.
