Market

  • We updated the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) file management, reverting its conversion to .pdf. Now the PSA will be processed as .docx. This reversion fixed some problems with PSA tokenization and the PSA generation process.
  • The Portfolio Details page now displays the sales commission percentage next to total amount value. This provides immediate visibility into commission rates, reducing the need for manual calculations and improving transparency, allowing quicker assessments and decision-making.
  • The Digital Seller Survey (DSS) cloning feature now includes an option to copy seller responses. A pop-up allows internal users to choose whether to clone the answers. This update provides flexibility, ensuring users can retain relevant data when needed while avoiding unnecessary duplication.

Bugs Fixes in Market

  • Fixed a few bugs affecting the DSS client’s view. Sorting by assignees now works correctly, and we have removed the Sort by Asset Types option, which should not have been there. Additionally, there was an issue preventing users from responding to a DSS due to a form input restriction. This has been fixed.
  • Fixed multiple issues in the DSS internal view. The Name Filtering function, which was not working, has been fixed. The Sort by Asset Types and Assignments options have been removed. Also, the left-side menu has been standardized.
  • Fixed a bug that enabled the approval and download buttons inside a DSS form in the internal view, even when the form had just been created.
  • Fixed a bug in the Bid Amount value calculation that incorrectly divided values by one hundred.

Collect

  • The upload account feature in Collect now supports additional columns: PaymentAmtPriorToChargeOff, PostChargeOffInterest, PostChargeOffFees, TotalPaymentsPostChargeOff, and TotalRecoveryPayments. Enhances precision in recovery efforts by allowing users to track key financial metrics, leading to better-informed collection strategies.
  • The update and load accounts buttons in the Accounts in Strategy page in Collect, now has different permissions ensuring only authorized users can access and use it. This prevents unauthorized modifications while allowing designated users to update accounts efficiently, maintaining control over account management.
  • The Add Comment button in the post-placement page now remains disabled until users enter a comment in text box, preventing accidental submissions. Additionally, when a user submits a comment, a loading indicator appears, and the button remains disabled during the submission process. Once the comment is saved, the button becomes functional again. This improves user experience by ensuring only intentional and meaningful comments are submitted, enhancing communication clarity.
  • The system now supports uploading balance adjustments via SFTP, allowing for secure and automated data transfers. This improves efficiency and accuracy in financial adjustments, streamlining operations for users handling large data volumes.
  • An Export to Excel button were added to the Complaints page, allowing users to download complaint data in Excel format. This facilitates data analysis, reporting, and record-keeping by providing an easy way to extract structured complaint information.
  • The Bulk Respond page was updated with a new filter for refining Bulk Post Placement Responses by Type, Placer, Agency, Last 4 SSNs, and Account IDs. Additionally, a template download option and the ability to upload a filled template were added. These improvements enhance navigation, streamline data entry, and ensure consistency in bulk response submissions. Saves time by making responses easier to find, submit, and manage while reducing errors and improving workflow efficiency.
  • The label Account Activity was renamed to Account Ledger on the Collect Account’s detail page. The new label better reflects the financial nature of the information displayed, improving clarity and alignment with accounting terminology.
