General
- We finished the updating of the design across all the platform to align with our new visual identity. This ensures consistency across all interfaces, reinforcing brand identity and improving user experience with a cohesive look.
Recover / Place / Collect
- A “Charge Off” button was added to the Accounts section on the Strategy page, allowing users to manually charge off accounts and select their destination (resting area or another strategy). Agencies and placers now receive email notifications for both individual and bulk charge-offs. Additionally, a “Download All Account Data” button was added to the Strategy Page in Recover. This update enhances control over charge-off processes, streamline workflows, and improves reporting and stakeholder awareness.
- A “N/A” description was added to the consumer's name field to indicate that the system is functioning correctly while ensuring this information remains hidden from users. This ensures visual clarity, preventing confusion about missing data while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
- Updated the Post-Placement Requests page improving the top main menu. Now, this menu can also filter requests by the following classes: Information Requests, Recall Return, Retention Requests, Status Updates, My Requests, Completed. This provides more structured and accessible filtering system, making it easier for users to locate specific requests without unnecessary navigation.
- We updated Post-Placement Requests, allowing placers to recall unplaced accounts immediately and request recalls for placed accounts, pending agency approval. Agencies can now request account returns of accounts assigned to them, requiring placer approval. Additionally, placers and vendors can request account status changes independently of system movements. This update increases flexibility in account management, ensuring both placers and agencies have controlled request mechanisms while enabling status updates when necessary.
- We updated the Post-Placement Request Details Page, adding key recovery details like Placer Name, Agency Name, First Delinquency Date, Write-Off Date, and financial data. Additionally, we introduced “Kind of Request” and a “Comments” components for better management. This enhancement improves visibility into critical recovery details and facilitates better tracking and communication between placers and agencies.
- We enhanced the SFTP feature, adding system support for charge-off data and account updates to streamline data transfers, providing an automated, secure, and efficient data handling, reducing manual interventions.
- We updated the Recover Account Details page by adding a drag-and-drop media upload feature, adjusting calculations, and modifying displayed data for better clarity. It enhances usability and accuracy, allowing users to upload media effortlessly while ensuring more precise data representation.
Fixed Bugs in Recover / Place / Collect
- The Minimum Payment Parameters button, inside Parameters Manager, remained functional even after you clear selections of placer and vendor. Now, when you clear selections, it is disabled.
- Fixed a bug where the system did not accepted load balance adjustments justifying that the account was not associated with any vendor, even when an existing vendor was linked to the account.
- Asset type filter in Resting Area is now properly working. Previously, it did not select any asset type.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the recall of accounts rejected during the scrubbing process when they were allocated to a recovery strategy.
- Fixed a bug that hid the Accounts and Strategies submenus in RMS.
- Recalling an account on recover previously changed the status of all listed accounts instead of only the selected ones. This issue has been resolved.
- In Recover, Charged Off Accounts, when charged all at once, would not move to the Resting Area. Now they are properly relocated.
- Fixed a bug where the system only processed the first line related to an account in the balance adjustments file, ignoring subsequent data for accounts that had already been processed.
Marketplace / Sell / Buy
- The DSS Page now retains the selected business even after the user opens a specific DSS. This prevents users from needing to reselect the business when navigating back, improving workflow continuity.
- Updated DSS. The system no longer marks DSS as incomplete after an answer change. It also disables the answer download button until all responses are completed, and displays a loading icon during processing. This prevents unnecessary status changes, ensures users only download finalized answers, and improves UI feedback during processing, providing a more intuitive and reliable experience.
- We introduced sorting by Effective Date on the Account Details page. This allows users to organize accounts chronologically, making it easier to track changes over time, improving searching efficiency and data accessibility.
Fixed Bugs in Marketplace / Sell / Buy
- Fixed a bug that did not filter archived DSS when lender accessed the DSS list.
- Fixed the Export Analytics to Pdf button that was not working in Analysis on Portfolio Details Page on Marketplace.
UDD
- Updated Document Registration in UDD. We changed options when cloning documents to be alphabetically sorted and removed the download media button from DSS Fillable Form.
- We updated the Third Party Repository view by verifying its components and removing unnecessary ones for clients, such as the Extra Document component from the sellers’ view. This cleanup ensures that users only see relevant information, reducing clutter and potential confusion, promoting a more streamlined interface.
Fixed Bugs in UDD
- Fixed a bug that caused text overlap in Document Registration Details.
Control Panel
- We updated Clients and Business Category to include Sweden as a selectable country and added its provinces, ensuring that businesses and clients from Sweden can be properly registered and categorized.
Fixed Bugs in Control Panel
- Fixed a bug where the Client Profile Report page in Control Panel could not properly display the status and category buttons.
