Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
This update brings key improvements in Marketplace, UDD, Control Panel, and Security, enhancing efficiency, security, and user experience. We improved Digital Seller Survey (DSS) integration, introduced new complaints management permissions, added a Download Rejected Files feature, and optimized access control. Security enhancements include stricter password policies and refined ViewAccess Permissions. These updates ensure a more seamless, secure, and user-friendly platform.
Marketplace
- Simplified complaints navigation by moving the option inside the Marketplace menu, reducing confusion and improving clarity.
- Enhanced Digital Seller Survey (DSS) integration with synchronized updates in Portfolio Details Page and DSS download functionality, ensuring up-to-date information.
Fixed Bugs in Marketplace
- Fixed BCO card preview when clicking on the question mark icon in Bid Review on Portfolio Details Page.
- Restricted PSA draft download buttons to authorized users only.
- Allowed lenders to delete portfolios prior to the sale if required.
- Fixed error blocking scrubbing of "Consumer Judgments" portfolios.
UDD
- Introduced "Download Rejected Files", allowing users to download all rejected files at once, saving time and effort.
- Updated ViewAccess Permission, allowing users with specific permissions to modify only the settings they are authorized for, improving security and flexibility.
Control Panel
- Introduced granular permissions for internal edits based on client status ("sellers" vs. "non-sellers"), ensuring a more secure and structured editing process.
Fixed Bugs in Control Panel
- Fixed issues with name changes in client profiles.
- Resolved problems with compliance switches.
- Fixed an issue where the Client Profile button failed under certain Seller/Non-Seller status conditions.
- PSA files are now automatically converted to PDF when creating new portfolios, improving document handling.
Security
- Added a password security rule, preventing users to reuse their last password, displaying an error message and ensuring compliance and protection.
- Strengthened complaints management by adding permissions to create and respond to complaints, ensuring only authorized users handle them.
