Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes
Summary
The update adds a Forward Flow Addendum feature in Market, along with improvements to file tracking. Collect received updates to strategy actions, agency fee calculations, and ledger terminology, as well as logic enhancements for overload detection. Comply saw layout refinements. A few bug fixes and automated test executions were also completed.
Market
- We added a Forward Flow Addendum feature to the edit section of Forward Flows. Internal users can manage these addendums by viewing previous versions, uploading new ones, downloading, and deactivating existing files. The system now automatically merges uploaded addendums to the current final PSA. When the portfolio is the first deal of the Forward Flow, the final PSA will be copied to the Forward Flow to be used in the subsequent deals of that Forward Flow.
- Improved media file download tracking in Portfolio Details to avoid notifying users about files that have already been downloaded.
Fixed Bugs in Market
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Errors and Warnings file from displaying issues after scrub. The downloaded file will now show them in the Description column.
Collect
- Updated the Agencies Capacity Overload calculation to exclude invalid accounts, ensuring more accurate overload detection. The summary now shows the count of valid accounts processed.
- Enhanced agency fee calculation to support per-account models, updating related reports and invoices accordingly, and added a fee type selector in the Editing Strategy pages, improving billing accuracy and setup flexibility.
- Renamed Account Ledger to Balance Ledger and updated its columns to better reflect its purpose and improve clarity.
- We added the End of Strategy Actions feature. With it, users can define a final step in a strategy that will be automatically triggered at the end of the strategy process, allowing accounts to be sold automatically. Additionally, users can set a minimum face value amount, ensuring that a portfolio will only be created if the total balance of accounts reaching the Sale stage is at least equal to the chosen minimum face value.
Fixed Bugs in Collect
- Fixed an issue that prevented Lender and Lender Loan ID from appearing in error files, improving traceability during error resolution.
Comply
- Refined the Document Registration design by improving buttons, layout spacing, column titles, and text alignment for a clearer user experience.
