Updates, Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Summary

This release focused on enhancing user experience and operational clarity. Market received a feature to save grid filters and bug fixes. Collect saw improvements in file tracking, account data handling, and introduced a unified account log. Comply updates included clearer menu names, new certification reminders, better document visibility, and icon standardization. Automated tests were executed to ensure reliability.

Market

  • We added a feature that saves the filters applied in Portfolio Manager, so when users return after viewing a portfolio’s details, their filters remain active. This prevents users from having to reapply filters repeatedly, streamlining navigation and saving time.

Fixed Bugs in Market

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the Seller Survey to not be copied from the template to newly uploaded portfolios.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented dates from being displayed on the Portfolio Details page Summary.

Collect

  • We enhanced the Account Upload card on the Upload Account We added a few new links: they give users access to the original uploaded file, placement files, and summaries of upload errors and ineligible scrubbed files. These links allow users to download tables with account details, improving user experience by enabling them to keep better track of uploaded account files.
  • We improved the Adjust Account Sender Function to skip sending when account data is missing, preventing errors and ensuring more stable processing.
  • We launched a unified account log history named “The EverChain”. It lists all status changes of an account or portfolio across Market and Collect, and in the future, across all our platforms. This offers a more complete and consistent historical view of account activities, reducing fragmentation between modules so users get a centralized, clearer overview of all account events, improving tracking and decision-making efficiency.

Fixed Bugs in Collect.

  • Fixed a bug that caused an error when refreshing pages with filters applied.

Comply

  • We renamed Comply menu items to clearer terms: “My Third-Party Repo” is now “My Third-Parties” and “Agency Repository” is now “My Agencies”, improving navigation clarity.
  • We added an optional notification to remind users about certification periods 30 days in advance, configurable in the client profile settings. This notification can be activated under Control Panel → Client Profiles → Client Profile Details → Business → Business Details → Notifications → Comply → Certification in Process. This helps users prepare on time, reducing the risk of missed certification deadlines.
  • We updated the Document Registration component to show to external users only from 30 days before certification starts until the end of the certification period and hide it outside this window. This ensures external users see the component only when it’s relevant, reducing confusion and clutter.
  • We updated the Document Pending Approval icon to yellow in the Repository, standardizing it to match the one used in Document Registration. We also removed the percentage icons from previous certifications.
